C.A.R.S is owned and managed by Ian Manister. Ian is the company proprietor, and carries out the majority of repairs on customers vehicles. Ian is a fully qualified and highly experienced technician who is also a qualified auto electrician. He has had decades of experience on all makes of vehicle including Ford, Volvo, Renault, Vauxhall, Toyota, etc.

Ian speciality is Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda and Seat and he has previously been employed by top names such as John Austin, Nigel Grogan and Deal of Kelvedon.

Terri is Ian's wife and business partner. Terri can often be seen answering the phone and carrying out invoicing. If you are a lady who would like some extra reassurance you can ask for Terri - if she's not available, she'll call you back as soon as possible. Terri's pride and joy is her 1974 MGB Roadster.

Becky lends a hand whenever possible. If Terri's not around, there's a chance you might see Becky in reception, booking vehicle's in to the diary and dealing with customers enquires. Becky has years of experience in customer service and management positions.

Ritchie claims to know something about computers (although we have our doubts). Ritchie can often be seen hanging around and generally getting in way. He previously worked in the service and sales departments of Deal of Kelvedon and left after 8 years there, looking for a new challenge.
